Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • An unboxing video is required as proof for any damaged or missing items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons.
  • Used, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are also not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • To request a return, contact our support team within the allowed time frame.
  • Provide your order number, issue details, and unboxing proof.
  • Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or ask you to ship the item back.

Refund Approval

  • Refunds are approved only after verifying the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The refund process may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Replacement Policy

  • If the product is still in stock, we can arrange a replacement.
  • Replacements will be shipped after the returned item is inspected.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Wrong or Missing Items

  • If you receive the wrong product or any item is missing, inform us within 48 hours.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to validate the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within the standard timeframe.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged, wrong, missing items), return shipping is free.
  • If the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong product, return shipping charges may apply.
  • Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for courier delays or losses after delivery.
  • We are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of sports equipment.
